Mark A.  Turnquest is a Caribbean Management and Marketing Consultant. He  is also  an  Author,  Corporate  Trainer  and  a  Micro, Small  and  Medium  -  Sized  Enterprise (MSME) Consultant. Mr. Turnquest has a BBA in Marketing from the College of The Bahamas  where  he  was  the  overall  Business  and  Marketing  Student  of  the  year in 2005.  He  also  has  a  MBA  in  Management  Consultancy  from  The  University  of Wales, UK (2016)., where he received a distinction in his dissertation.  Mr. Turnquest is a certified International Labour Organization (ILO) Entrepreneurship Trainer and a Master Business Workshop Facilitator.

 

He is both President of Outreach Sales & Marketing Management and the              242 Small Business Association and Resource Centre. He has created conceptual frameworks and structures of the MSME (Small Business) Act of The Bahamas and the Small and Medium - Sized Enterprise Development Agency (SMEDA).

 

Mr. Turnquest has improved the operations of both government ministries and private organizations while serving as a member of the Board of Directors. He is the newest board member of the Great Commission Ministries International.                  Mr.  Turnquest is also a member of The Bahamas Anglican Diocese Strategic Planning Commission.

 

Mr.  Turnquest  has  created  twenty  -  five  (25)  job  training  and  entrepreneurship courses and twelve (12) copyrighted programs that are registered with the Bahamas Ministry of Education and the National Accreditation & Equivalency Council of The Bahamas  (NAECOB).  His  training  and  consulting  programs  have  improved  the productivity  levels in some government miniseries; and many service, manufacturing, merchandising and non-profit organizations.
