Mark A. Turnquest is a Caribbean Management and Marketing Consultant. He is also an Author, Corporate Trainer and a Small and Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) Consultant. Mr. Turnquest has a BBA in Marketing from the College of The Bahamas and a MBA in Management Consultancy from The University of Wales, UK. He is the President of Outreach Sales & Marketing Management and Executive Director of The Small Business Resource Centre. He has created conceptual frameworks and structures of the SME Act of The Bahamas and the Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Development Agency (SMEDA).
Mr. Turnquest has improved the operations of both government ministries and private organizations while serving as a member of the Board of Directors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bahamas Chapter of the Caribbean Institute of Certified Management Consultants. Mr. Turnquest is also a member of The Bahamas Anglican Dioceses Strategic Planning Commission. Mr. Turnquest is a certified International Labour Organization (ILO) Entrepreneurship Trainer.
Mr. Turnquest has created twenty - two (22) job training and entrepreneurship courses and twelve (12) copyrighted programs that are registered with the Bahamas Ministry of Education and the National Accreditation & Equivalency Council of The Bahamas (NAECOB). His training and consulting programs have improved the productivity levels in some government miniseries; and many non-profit, service, manufacturing and merchandising organizations.
